Client issued speeding citation for traveling 113 miles per hour in a 60 miles per hour zone. Due to the high speed being at 50 miles per hour over the posted limit, Client would have to pay a mandatory $1000 fine if the case result was anything other than a complete dismissal. JASON MAYBERRY was able to get the citation completely dismissed without the client having to pay anything to the State.
