Result: Pretrial Diversion

Client was arrested on Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  Just two weeks prior Client was arrested on Possession of Marijuana with Intent, and Possession of Paraphernalia.  Jason Mayberry negotiated with the Pinellas County State Attorney’s Office and was able to get Client into Pretrial Diversion on the Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia charges.  The Possession of Marijuana with Intent and Possession of Paraphernalia charges were dropped.
